How the "Sin" industries survive in the ESG megatrend?

Interestingly, there is always room for the "sin" industry to find ways for their survival.  BAT (British American Tobacco) advocates:

"Vaping is a gateway out of smoking, which makes it key to unlocking the UK government’s smoke-free targets."

BAT advertised their advocacy in some local newspapers (please see the attachment), and they articulated the rationales of the benefits brought by the vaping products in their website:

The message BAT conveyed would be cunning while convincing in some ways.  Anyway, it's open to interpretation.

Hope this will inspire you.

Building a corporate culture with diversity and inclusion

Our ICSD UK's intelligence would like to share some best practices for building up a corporate culture with diversity and inclusion from KIER (a renowned construction company):  "EXPECT RESPECT"

Please view the following video clip which articulates how KIER tackles the discrimination of age, experience, religion, family roles, even language accent!  It's really worth watching:

Attached are some pictures (posters) taken from the construction sites of KIER in the U.K.

Hope its practices may inspire you.
