GreenMakase aims to turn food waste into value by connecting F&B businesses and customers. Originating from the Japanese phrase - Omakase, customers of GreenMakase will leave themselves in the hands of the F&B companies and receive a "Surprise Box" that is packed with random surplus food that would otherwise be disposed of by day end at a heavily discounted price.
