Dr. Angus Yip

FOUNDING CHAIRMAN

Dr. Angus Yip is a veteran corporate banker and asset management consultant for more than 30 years. He is passionate about promoting sustainable development and has been providing ESG reporting consultancy services to listed companies in Hong Kong since 2015. Dr. Yip was educated in the U.K. and got double Master's Degrees in Accounting & Finance (Lancaster University) and Sustainability Leadership (Cambridge University) respectively. In addition, Dr. Yip possesses a Master's Degree in Management from Harvard University.

Dr. Yip is Adjunct Associate Professor at the Institute of China Business and SPACE, the University of Hong Kong. He obtained the 2017 Outstanding Teacher Award. He got his Doctoral Degree at the University of Wales TSD (U.K.), his research area: ESG reporting

Dr. Mike Hui

FOUNDING VICE CHAIRMAN

Dr. Hui has long experience in the banking and finance sector and is a devoted trainer and educator of finance and sustainable finance. He also holds CFA ESG Investing Certificate and is teaching the relevant exam preparation course. He obtained his master of science degree in Finance from CUHK and is a CFA charterholder. He completed his doctoral programme at the University of Wales TSD with thesis topic about ESG Investments.

Dr. Hui is an Adjunct/Part-time Lecturer of two universities delivering courses of “CFA Exam Revision Course” and “CFP programme Investment and Asset Management module” in both universities. Mike is awarded Outstanding Teacher Award by HKU SPACE in 2019.

Dr. F.C. Tsang

VICE CHAIRMAN

Dr. Tsang specializes in environmental assessment.   He got his PhD degree in environmental science from Lancaster University, U.K.  Dr. Tsang is competent and enthusiastic to give professional advice to various environmental projects.

Ms. Dilys LAM

VICE CHAIRMAN (DEVELOPMENT)

Ms. Dilys LAM (Development Director) is an FCPA, FCPA (Aust), FCG HKFGC, as well as a CFT (Certified Financial Technologist) and Certified ESG Planner CEP®. She attained a Master of Christian Studies (Marketplace Theology), a Postgraduate Certificate in Investment Management and Financial Intelligence, and a Bachelor of Laws. Ms. LAM has strong experience in the financial industry across asset management, trustee services, mutual fund and pension fund operations. She is passionate about adopting innovative digital solutions to facilitate responsible investment development and promote sustainability education to the public. In addition, Junior Chamber International awarded Ms. LAM senatorship in 2013 recognizing her exceptional contributions to serving its national and local chapters in Hong Kong since 2006. She served on the Professional Judging Panel of 2022 JCIHK SDG Pioneer Program and was a guest speaker at the Sustainable Investing and ESG Conference 2022 jointly organized by The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) and World Green Organisation.

Ms. Tammy Lo

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Ms. Tammy Lo obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Banking and Finance) from the University of South Australia.  Tammy has extensive experience in the securities and futures industry.  She was a Responsible Officer and Executive Director of a bank’s securities firm.  Currently, she devotes herself in serving the operations of ICSD for promoting sustainable development.

Ms. Emily Kwong

ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR

Ms. Emily Kwong obtained the Bachelor of Commerce (Hon.) from University of Toronto and Master of Science in Risk Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst CFA and Chartered Financial Planner CFP. Currently, Ms. Kwong is the Responsible Officer and Executive Director of a Hong Kong financial company, a licensed person (with licensed representative of LC 1 and 4) with vast experience across equities, asset management and the prevailing regulatory risk management.

After joining ICSD as the Director of Engagement, Ms Kwong aims to promote and raise the public awareness of ESG with her extensive experience in the financial industry.

Ms. Eveline Lau

U.K. AFFAIRS DIRECTOR

Ms. Eveline Lau obtained her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lancaster University, U.K.  She was senior management with extensive global sales, product development and supply chain management experience in the textile and fashion retail industry.

As a business leader, Ms. Lau is passionate about sustainable development, innovation and continuous improvement.  She supports ICSD in expanding its presence in the United Kingdom.

Rainbow Leung

ESG RESEARCH ASSISTANT

Rainbow Leung is a current student at City University of Hong Kong, majoring in Finance and Marketing and minoring in Information Management for Financial Services. She is expected to graduate in 2024.

Rainbow has gained valuable experience through internships at a family office, a regulator, and a futures trading company. Her internships have provided her with a strong foundation in financial services and ESG regulations. Rainbow is an enthusiastic learner who has a passion for exploring new ideas and analyzing market trends. She is also a dedicated team player who is always eager to contribute her skills to any ICSD projects.

Christine Huang

ESG RESEARCH ASSISTANT

Christine is a passionate student majoring in Global Health and Development at the University of Hong Kong, set to graduate in 2025. As she immersed herself in her program, she realised the profound correlation between global health and ESG, recognizing the interconnectedness of SDGs, community well-being, social equity, institutional practices, and stakeholder engagement in both fields.

Christine showcased her commitment to ESG's social aspect in a speech at the University Scholars Leadership Symposium at the United Nations in Bangkok. In addressing health disparities and advocating for healthcare access, she emphasized a socially inclusive response, specifically highlighting the pharmaceutical sector's role and urging sustainable and ethical practices. Christine also pursued and obtained certification as a Certified ESG Planner (CEP®️).

As a Research Assistant at ICSD, Christine is eager to integrating ESG principles into her academic and professional endeavors through participating in ICSD projects, leveraging her skills to make a meaningful impact in the realm of global health and sustainable development.
