Prof. Postiglione, Ph.D. (State University of New York), is Honorary Professor, Emeritus Professor, and Coordinator of the Consortium for Research on Higher Education in Asia, Faculty of Education (FE), University of Hong Kong. He was former Chair Professor of higher education studies and Associate Dean for Research at FE, HKU.

 

His academic publications include 20 books and over 150 articles and book chapters. His books include: Mass Higher Education in East Asia, Crossing Borders in East Asian Higher Education, Asian Higher Education and four book series on education in China. He also serves as editor of many international journals and editorial boards.

 

He has been a consultant on educational reform and cultural vitality in China. His policy reports have been received by China’s National Reform and Development Commission, State Education Commission and Ministry of Education.

 

He also held visiting appointments at Yale University, Columbia University, Stanford University, New York University, Peking University, and Shanghai Jiaotong University.

Prof. Paulina PY Wong is currently an Assistant Professor in the Science Unit at Lingnan University. She is also the Centre Fellow(s) of the Institute of Policy Studies and the LEO Dr David P. Chan Institute of Data Science. She has many years of industrial and academic research experience in New Zealand, USA and Hong Kong mainly on ecological and practical applications of Geographical Information Systems (GIS). Her areas of specialization include urban climate, air/noise pollution, GIS, and environmental health. In recent years, her research has been extended to GeoAI modelling, urban sensing, mobile geospatial technologies, sustainability education and ESG. She is a certified GIS Professional and ESG Planner (CEP®). She obtained her BSc and MSc (with first-class honours) from the University of Auckland, New Zealand and her PhD from the University of Hong Kong.
 

Prof. Wong also serves on a number of professional associations such as the Council member and Vice-chairman of the Spatial Data Infrastructure Committee of Smart City Consortium (SCC), Honorary Secretary of Hong Kong Geographic Information System Association (HKGISA) and Founding Committee member of Hong Kong Alliance of BA&E Information Management Associations (HKABAEIMA) to foster GIS, Open BIM and Smart city development. She is also the editorial board member, review editor and guest editor of several quality international journals.

Emily S. WONG holds a LLM (HKU), LLB (UK), and a Master of Business Administration (I.T.) (Aust) and chartered marketers of MCIM (UK) and AIMM (Aust.), and a Certified ESG Planner CEP® (HK). With over 20 years working experiences, Emily has worked in the computer industry and information technology, specializing in the creation of computer hardware and software, new product development from conceptualization to commercialization, wireless transmission, optical tracking, virtual reality and augmented reality, and optical tracking. She oversaw the development of OTT platforms while working as a vice president for a TV network. Additionally, she has marketing expertise from key China cities to the US, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

Emily is the author of 「揀飲擇食」 The Meals Matter, a book about the science of cookery that has garnered favorable reader comments, online versions of the content are also accessible in audio format. In 2018, she was diagnosed with autoimmune disease when her inflammatory illness first began to attack her eyes, so she decided to think about pursuing a new route in life since then. She founded a charitable group in 2019 to help mothers and kids in a remote fishing community in Myanmar.

Eventually, she formed a nonprofit group dedicated to creating a better, more equitable world. In order to contribute to the UN's SDG 3 Health and Wellbeing, encourage better health, provide easy access to healthcare advice on the internet, and teach people how to prepare simple cooking so they can better care for themselves and their families. The provision of program material involves working with licensed medical specialists and pros from other industries, artificial intelligence is used to enhance narrative and video creation in general.
